Αυτό το πρόγραμμα εκπαίδευσης απευθύνεται σε επαγγελματίες τεχνικούς για την υποστήριξη του Sophos Central και παρέχει μια επισκόπηση του τρόπου αντιμετώπισης προβλημάτων με το προϊόν.

Sophos Central Technician Training (2 ημέρες εκπαίδευσης) – Τρίτη 2 Μαρτίου 2021 – Τετάρτη 3 Μαρτίου 2021

Η εκπαίδευση αναμένεται να διαρκέσει 1 1/2 ημέρες (10 ώρες) για να ολοκληρωθεί, εκ των οποίων περίπου οι μισές ώρες θα αφιερωθούν σε πρακτικές ασκήσεις.

Με την ολοκλήρωση αυτού του μαθήματος, οι εκπαιδευόμενοι θα:

• Έχουν κατανόηση των εργαλείων υποστήριξης που απαιτούνται για την διερεύνηση ζητημάτων
• Να προσδιορίζουν κοινά ζητήματα όταν αναφέρονται
• Να εκτελούν τα κατάλληλα βήματα troubleshooting

Προαπαιτούμενα

Πριν συμμετάσχετε στο εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα, θα πρέπει:

• Να έχετε ολοκληρώσει και περάσει το μάθημα Sophos Central Certified Engineer
• Στην εκπαίδευση χρησιμοποιούνται εργαλεία και εφαρμογές Windows ως μέρος της διαδικασίας troubleshooting. Οι εκπαιδευόμενοι θα πρέπει να μπορούν να εργαστούν με άνεση με τα παρακάτω:
• Windows Administrator command prompt
• Control Panel settings
• File και folder permissions
• Windows Services (services.msc)
• Registry Editor (regedit.exe)
• Windows Firewall με Advanced Security
• Active Directory Users και Computers
• Active Directory Group Policies.

Πιστοποίηση

Για να γίνουν πιστοποιημένοι τεχνικοί της Sophos, οι εκπαιδευόμενοι θα πρέπει να συμμετάσχουν και να περάσουν μια αξιολόγηση που πραγματοποιείται online. Η αξιολόγηση θα δοκιμάσει τις γνώσεις τους τόσο στη διδακτέα ύλη όσο και σε πρακτικό επίπεδο. Για να περάσουν την αξιολόγηση θα πρέπει να λάβουν βαθμολογία 80% (περιορίζεται σε 3 προσπάθειες).

Εργαστηριακό περιβάλλον

Σε κάθε εκπαιδευόμενο παρέχεται ένα προ-διαμορφωμένο περιβάλλον που προσομοιώνει ένα εταιρικό δίκτυο σε δύο τοποθεσίες, ένα κεντρικό γραφείο και ένα υποκατάστημα και περιέχει Windows Servers, Windows Desktop και τρία XG Firewalls.
